If you're worried or unsure whether you need an emergency appointment, our clients can access FREE veterinary advice when the we are closed.
You can submit unlimited messages via text, photo or video to a dedicated team of vets through the Vidivet app. They will tell you whether you need to seek an emergency appointment, or whether you can wait to see us when we are open. All medical information is sent back to us so that we can seamlessly resume care.

In the case of a medical emergency the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals (QMHA) provides out-of-hours service for our clients.
Please call the QMHA before arriving so that the team can be well prepared, and your pet can receive treatment immediately.
