Consultations

Standard consultations are 15 minutes.
All new pets receive a 30 minute first consultation.

Vaccinations

All dog spay prices include a pre-anaesthetic blood screen and perioperative fluid therapy. We strongly recommend discussing the pros/cons of neutering your dog well in advance of booking an operation and neutering based on the most recent sex/breed based evidence.

Dogs Only. Not including consultation fee.
A temporary hormone implant is placed under the skin in a similar way to a microchip. This can be useful where you wish to see if there is a desirable effect on behaviour before considering surgical castration, or where there are potential medical reasons not to proceed with surgical castration.
Dental Care

Dental procedures are priced based on severity of disease, complexity of extractions, anaesthetic time and amount of medication required.
They all include pre-anaesthetic blood screen, peri-operative fluid therapy, descale and polish, full dental x-rays, pain relief and dental charting as standard.
£400 Grade 1: GA, X-rays, full clinical assessment, descale and polish.
£650 Grade 2: As above where few simple extractions are required.
£900 Grade 3: For severe dental disease, with multiple and/or complex extractions required.
£1200 Grade 4: As above with full or near full mouth extraction.

Dental procedures are priced based on severity of disease, complexity of extractions and anaesthetic time. There is also a difference based on patient weight due to the amount of medication required.

Grade 1: £450 <20kg or £500 >20kg: GA, X-rays, full clinical assessment, descale and polish.
Grade 2: £750 <20kg or £800 >20kg: As above with few simple extractions or very heavy tartar.
Grade 3: £1000 <20kg or £1050 >20kg: For severe dental disease with heavy tartar and multiple extractions.
Grade 4 £1250 <20kg or £1350 >20kg: For severe dental disease with multiple complex extractions where a longer anaesthetic time is required.
