VETERINARY SURGEON
Mark Graham, BVetMed, CertSAM, MRCVS
Mark grew up with a love of animals, and from a young age began work experience at veterinary surgeries. He qualified from The Royal Veterinary College in 2001 and, after a short time in mixed practice, focused his attention on small animals. Following an internship at The Animal Health Trust, he achieved a RCVS certificate in Small Animal Medicine in 2009. Mark maintains a passion for medicine and is experienced in managing complex conditions, emergency and critical care patients, as well as having a keen eye for soft tissue surgery.
VETERINARY SURGEON
Harriet Simpson, BScHons, BvetMed, GPCert Feline, MRCVS
Harriet began volunteering at animal shelters, charities and even London zoo in her late teens, following her calling to work with animals. Her interest in animal behaviour took her via a Psychology degree at Birkbeck College to The Royal Veterinary College in 2006. After qualifying she began work as a small animal vet and in 2017 completed a further qualification in Feline Practice. She continues to have a particular passion for animal welfare and feline medicine and surgery.
VETERINARY NURSE
Kerrie Knight, RVN
Kerrie has worked within the veterinary industry for over 18 years, starting as a receptionist. She qualified as a registered Veterinary Nurse in 2019.
Her passion for animals started at a young age with her first pet, a chicken, sparking a lifelong love for animal care. Since then, she has shared her home with a variety of pets, including horses, pigs, dogs, cats, birds, fish and guinea pigs.
With a particular soft spot for cats, Kerrie has developed a deep understanding of their unique personalities and needs, making feline care one of her greatest passions. She takes pride in ensuring every pet she looks after feels safe, comfortable, and loved.

VETERINARY NURSE
Sarah Reed, RVN
After qualifying as an Veterinary Nurse in 2010 Sarah has worked in both small first opinion practices and large referral hospitals in South Wales, Derby and London. She has held a variety of roles including Hospital Ward Nurse and Head Nurse positions and is enthusiastic about all aspects of veterinary nursing. Sarah has two rescue cats called Norris and Arthur who are ‘big fluffy balls of mischief’. She is excited to meet your precious pets!

Sue Smith
Sue comes from a family of animal lovers and grew up with a multitude of pets, including an Irish Wolf Hound who was taller than her! After gaining school work experience at a veterinary practice, she was sure her vocation was within the sector. Her friendly and compassionate nature drew her to become a veterinary receptionist. Sue has many years of experience in veterinary administration, and is passionate about client care and animal welfare. Here you can see Sue holding her cat Beanie who she rescued after being abandoned at approximately 8 weeks old.
